Skin District Policy

Cancellation: As we understand life sometimes gets in the way and plans just have to change, we are happy to reschedule your appointment. We require 48 hours notice to your cancel or reschedule with no penalty. If a deposit has been collected, it will be fully refunded if cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 
Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or "no show", you will be charged a  $50 rescheduling fee (this is not a deposit) or a $100 "no show" fee.
*Please note if you are booking online through the Yocale booking system, you will be required to register a credit card number on file. If your credit card is on file with us, a $50 deposit will not be required. The credit card will only be charge if your scheduled appointment is cancelled within the 48 hour window or if you no show for your appointment.


Deposit: Any and all deposits will be refunded if you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you reschedule a treatment where a deposit has not been collected with the requested 48 hour notice, you will be required to pay a deposit in order to re-book that treatment.  

Arrival: We do request all new clients (including makeup application clients) arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, to fill out any associated forms.
